Figure 10 (−)-Guaiol regulates the expression of related proteins in PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway. Western blot analysis was used to detect the protein expression of PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, and p-Akt in A549 treated with or without (−)-Guaiol (75 μM) or LY294002 (15 μM). The relative protein levels from 3 independent experiments were statistically analyzed using ANOVA in the quantitative analysis. * P<0.05, ** P<0.01, *** P<0.001 vs control. ## P<0.01, ### P<0.001 vs LY294002.
